The futures of sizing machine

1.Each unit of the machine is controlled by the 7 inverter motors (feeding , sizing , drying, towing and weaving beam winding);

2.Controlled by Siemens G120 inverter, motors and reducers are produced by Germany Nord ,high accuracy on controlling and performs well.

3.Drying chamber is consisted of 14 drying cylinders (completely coated TEFLON ), driven by one inverter motor

4.Double immersion double squeezing system of the sizing baths , ensure permeation effect and the effect of coverage are good

5.The rubber rollers of sizing baths plated by the rubber of temperature-endurable, guarantee the stable pressure of size squeezing, the hardness of squeezing roller decrease less than 5 degrees when the sizing baths heat.The squeezing pressure is adjusted by Festo or SMC proportional valve for the linear pressure.

6.Wet leasing device is placed on the exit of sizing bath for the yarn,the wet leasing rods produced by stainless steel

7.Size baths equipped with safety device,there is enough distance between the electricity-controlling cabinet of sizing baths and the sizing bath to keep away from the water to avoid the short circuit. The safety shield is equipped on the entrance of yarns on the sizing bath.

8.The whole machine structure is firm, the holding board of the head is made of steel of the thickness of 40mm ,ensure the sizing machine to be firm and stable, all of the components are processed according to the high standards,to ensure the high accuracy of the sizing machine.

9.Equipped with Germany Mahlo moisture monitor

10.A spare immersion roller and a spare squeezing roller are available,the tools and accessory are in the tool box which locate in the head.

11.To be positioned by 3 wheels, warping beam placed directly on the nylon roller, easy and convenient.  three wheels for positioning can move on left and right sides, the unilateral adjusting range is 0 to 100 mm;
